
AGL was awarded the contract to provide complete logistics support, heavy lifting services, specialized equipment, certified rigging, and engineering site management for the delivery and installation support of a Full Flight Simulator (FFS) at the JAT International Flight Training Center located at Queen Alia International Airport, Jordan.
Manufactured by a leading Canadian flight simulator company, the simulator was transported to Jordan by sea freight. Weighing approximately 10 metric tons and valued at approximately USD 13 million, it represented one of the most advanced and valuable aviation training systems ever delivered to the Kingdom.
While the simulator manufacturer’s engineers were responsible for the assembly and commissioning of the simulator, AGL provided the complete logistics support required to safely unload, lift, move, position, and support the installation of this highly sophisticated aviation asset.

Challenges
Handling a Full Flight Simulator requires significantly more than conventional logistics services.
The simulator had to be safely moved and positioned inside a newly constructed training center with limited operating space, requiring exceptional precision and continuous coordination throughout every stage of the operation.
Due to the indoor environment, conventional diesel-powered equipment could not be used. Every movement had to be carefully planned to protect both the simulator and the new facility while maintaining the highest safety standards.
The project demanded precision engineering, specialized lifting techniques, and flawless execution.
